InvestBay is a Czech platform enabling fractional investment in recreational real estate across popular destinations in both Europe and the Czech Republic. Using a unique “crowdowning” model—shared ownership of properties—InvestBay opens the door to real estate investing for the wider public, with a minimum entry of just 100 EUR. Each investment opportunity is co-owned by dozens to hundreds of micro-investors, who benefit from rental income, potential property appreciation, and exclusive access to the properties for personal stays at discounted rates.
